Buzzin isn't just another quiz app — and you don't pay to find out.

It's a real game show on the big screen: players' phones are the controllers, with a voiced host and characters. Scan a code and try it free — no install, no account, host pays so players play free.

Works on any TV

Through the browser: Android TV, Chromecast, a laptop hooked up to the telly.

Phone = controller

iOS and Android, via browser or app. No installs required for players.

4–8 players

Four to eight comfortably, up to twelve technically.

Voiced narrator

Full audio: an energetic host and a clear question reader.

Not another quiz app

A real game show, not tapping on a phone

Buzzin is a full show on the big screen: a narrator, characters, tricks and a live final. Phones are the controllers, not the whole game.

What's inside
  • 3 acts: a category + 3 questions, a ranking, then the next act or the final.
  • Category voting — players choose what comes next.
  • Tricks and sabotage — make a rival's question harder or defend with a shield.
  • Sudden-death final on lives — the game runs until one player is left.
  • Two narrator voices: the host pumps up the energy, the reader finishes every question.
Why it's different
  • Phones as real controllers — A/B/C/D buttons and tricks, not scrolling in a browser.
  • All game logic lives on the server — TV and phones only render. Nobody can peek at the answers.
  • Drop your phone? You return to the same seat. Whole crew lose WiFi? The game auto-pauses and resumes.
  • The narrator never cuts off mid-sentence — the pacing waits until the line finishes.
Why Buzzin's different

A fresh alternative to the paid, English-only party games

You know the big-screen party games everyone passes the controller for — they're fun, but they're paid up front and English-only. Buzzin is the fresh alternative: scan a code and try it free, with no installs and no accounts. The host covers the room so players always play free, and the whole show — voiced host, questions and characters — is localized for your language, not a bolted-on translation.

We're not knocking the classics — we just built the version we wanted to play: web-first, localized and free to start.

From power-on to the first question — moments

1

Turn it on the TV

Open Buzzin in your TV's browser, a laptop under the telly or on Android TV. Nothing to install.

2

Players join by phone

Everyone scans the code on screen or types the short room code, picks a nickname and a character. No account, no downloads.

3

Play on the screen

The narrator runs the show, you answer and throw tricks from your phones. Eyes on the TV — your phone is your buzzer.

Buzzin is a platform

The game show is just the first game

Buzzin isn't a one-off app — it's a platform. The game show is the first game, and we add more like swappable blocks. Same phones, same screen, all localized for your language — more and more reasons to get the group together.

Ready? Fire up your first room
